i didn’t get my sign-in code

codes come from hello@heartzip.app and arrive within a minute. check your spam or promotions folder, make sure the email address is typed right, then tap “resend code” after 30 seconds. codes expire after 1 hour.

how do i delete my account?

in the app, go to my corner → privacy.txt → delete my account and type DELETE. this permanently erases your check-ins, diary, photos, profile and scores. you can also email us and we’ll do it for you.

how do i cancel mood+?

mood+ is billed by Apple or Google, so it’s cancelled in your phone’s settings:

• iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → heart.zip → Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → heart.zip → Cancel.

you keep mood+ until the end of the period you already paid for. deleting the app or your account does not cancel it. for refunds, contact Apple or Google, since they handle payments.

can i get a refund?

Apple and Google handle all payments, so refunds for the app or mood+ are requested from them: on iPhone at reportaproblem.apple.com, on Android in the Play Store under your order history.

i got a new phone and lost mood+

sign in with the same email or phone, then open the mood+ screen and tap restore purchases.

is my diary private?

yes. there are no followers, likes or public profiles, and nobody monitors what you write. only cards you choose to share leave the app. read the full privacy policy.
